A new merchant starting now
Wholesale starter packs were gathered to shorten the trial for you: a considered range to open your shop with, without the gamble of choosing the types one by one.
Starter packs →A bakhoor or oud-oil factory
Manufacturing raw materials in their quantities and grades: types chosen to be a base for the product, not shelf stock.
Manufacturing oud →A ma'mul and blend maker
Types that grind easily and blend without overpowering, gathered in a collection dedicated to incense-making.
Incense-making oud →Inspect before committing
Sample kits in which you compare origins and grades side by side before any quantity: the cheapest insurance against a commercial mistake.
Sample kits →Best resale margins
The commercial and daily grades are the engine of turnover in bakhoor shops: a low purchase price and unbroken demand.
Commercial grade →Custom pricing for your quantity
For any order above 10 kilograms or special requirements: send your details and get a quote at source prices.
Request a quote →Why do merchants buy from Oud Treasure?
Direct supply, no middlemen
From the oud harvesters to our stores directly: every middleman layer deleted from the chain turns into an extra margin in your pocket, not theirs.
Grade consistency between shipments
A declared grade scale with fixed sorting criteria: what you bought under a grade's name today is what you receive under it after months, so you build your customers' promises on solid ground.
Double inspection before shipping
An inspection on receiving the batches from the harvesters and a second inspection before packaging your shipment: whatever contradicts its declared grade does not leave our stores in your name.
Invoices and documentation for business
An official invoice in your company's name with documentation of the type, origin, and grade, and the shipping documents your import and accounting procedures need.
Professional export preparation
Tight packaging that protects the goods from moisture and breakage, and documented international shipping with a tracking number from our centers in Malaysia to your door.
Dedicated merchant support
A team that answers you in the merchant's language: which types turn over fastest, how to arrange your shelves by grade, and when the coming limited batches become available.
What distinguishes our wholesale? Honest economics
Most wholesale pages promise you hazy discounts; we show you the arithmetic openly from our own products: every kilogram and 5-kilogram pack on this page is priced below the 100-gram sample price by more than 8 percent per gram. Take Black Kalimantan as a living example: a 100-gram sample at 30 riyals, while the kilogram is 275 riyals, that is 27.5 riyals per 100 grams, and the 5-kilogram pack at 1,375 riyals at the same reduced rate. An honest figure you build your shelf pricing on, not a marketing slogan.
And most important for a starting merchant: no burdensome minimum. A single kilogram is enough for a real commercial start with which you test your market, and the scale rises with you as your customers' demand grows: 5 kilograms at the prices declared on the page, then bulk-wholesale from 10 kilograms and above at deeper pricing built on your type, quantity, and supply frequency via a custom quote. An ascending scale that rewards growth instead of punishing the small start.
And finally, the breadth of choice on a single page: eleven types whose sample prices span from 30 to 126 riyals per 100 grams, from the fast-turning daily grade to the higher-margin types, so you build your shop's full range from a single source with a single invoice and a single shipment.
The origins within the wholesale collection
Indonesian oud: the parent origin
The world's foremost oud archipelago and our parent collection: every origin below is a branch of it, and it is the entry for whoever wants to see the full picture before specializing.
Indonesian oud →Kalimantan oud: the fastest-turning
The name the Gulf customer asks for himself: a deep resinous sweetness and long persistence, and from it the Black with the lowest sample price on the whole page. Shelf stock that does not sit long.
Kalimantan oud →Sumatran oud: the blends card
Flat slices that reveal the resin to the eye so they sell themselves on the display, and a clean profile that makes them a favored base for blend and ma'mul factories.
Sumatran oud →Papua oud: the majlis presence
A bold, dense-smoke resin made for wide majalis: the stock of seasons and occasions whose demand rises at known dates you plan for in advance.
Papua oud →Merauke oud: Papua's star
The weightiest name in its class: a deep smokiness that majlis regulars know, and two of its types on this page for whoever wants stock with a name that precedes it.
Merauke oud →The grades through the merchant's eye: a pricing scale for your shelves
Our grade scale is not an academic classification but a practical pricing tool for your shop. At the base, the daily grade: the lowest purchase price and the highest turnover speed, the volume stock that pays the shop's rent. Above it, the commercial grade: the balance from which most merchants buy most of their stock, tangible resin at a price that leaves a comfortable margin. Then the excellent grade where the per-gram margin widens for your customers who ask about the best, and at the top the luxury and collecting grades: slower turnover and a higher margin, bought in calculated quantities for your special customers, not for the general shelf.
The rule we repeat to every new merchant: do not mix the grades in the display. A clear daily shelf, a commercial shelf, and an excellent corner, for the customer who knows what he is buying returns, and the one who bought luxury at a daily price or the reverse never returns. And this page's types span the whole scale, so build your shelf gradient from them as you wish.
Which merchant are you? Your suggested entry point
A popular bakhoor shop
The backbone of your fast-turning daily and commercial stock: start with a kilogram of Black Kalimantan and another of a mid commercial type, and lock in what your customers reorder in 5-kilogram packs.
Daily grade →A budding online store
Don't stockpile before you know your demand: a sample kit for photography and description, then a single kilogram of two or three types, and expand only what proves its sales.
Starter packs →A distributing importer
You buy wholesale to sell wholesale: negotiate from 10 kilograms and above via a quote, with the origin documentation and invoices your own merchant customers need from you in turn.
Request a quote →A manufacturing factory
Your raw materials in the manufacturing collection: types that grind and blend with stable specifications between batches, in quantities of 5 kilograms and up for the continuity of your production lines.
Manufacturing oud →How do you start wholesale trade with us?
100-gram packs or a sample kit that gathers the origins for comparison: this is the cheapest step in the whole journey, so do not skip over it.
Don't judge by your nose alone: burn the samples in your shop or majlis and watch which types people ask about a second time, for the second customer's question is the real market study.
Direct your first real commitment to the type that won with your customers, not the one you liked, and calculate your margin on the reduced kilogram price, not the sample price.
When the turnover holds, move the winning type to the 5-kilogram pack at the declared wholesale prices, and keep the new trials at the kilogram level.
At this volume the relationship moves to source pricing: request a quote with your type, quantity, and supply frequency and get figures deeper than the declared.
The full supply chain: from the harvester to your storeroom
A merchant's margin is born or dies in the supply chain, and so we show it to you openly: the thread begins at the network of oud harvesters in the forests of Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Papua, whom we deal with directly through old acquaintance, not through batch brokers. The woods reach the sorting where they are classified by our declared grade criteria and undergo the first inspection that excludes the empty and the unknown, then the second inspection before packaging confirms that whatever carries a grade's name actually matches it. After that, preparation for export in our centers in Malaysia: tight packaging against moisture and breakage, full shipping documents, then documented international shipping with a tracking number to your door. Wider details on the export and shipping page and our story in about us.
Compare this with the traditional wholesale markets in which the wood passes through the hand of the harvester, then the village gatherer, then the city merchant, then an exporter, then a wholesale-market importer, then you: each hand adds its margin and blurs something of the truth of the origin, so you buy at the end of the chain more expensively and less informed about what you are buying. Buying from the source does exactly the opposite: it protects your margin and hands you documentation you build your customers' trust upon, and our practical guide in the wholesale guide details all the steps.

How do you price oud in your store?
There is no magic percentage, but the logic of the Gulf market is known: fast-turning stock of the daily and commercial grades tolerates thinner margins because volume compensates, and the higher grades tolerate a wider per-gram margin because their customer buys trust before wood and their turnover is slower. Start from the kilogram purchase price, not the sample price, and add the shipping cost and the order's share of your shop's expenses before calculating any margin, then watch the market prices around you: anomalous pricing up or down both kill trust. And resist the temptation of optimistic figures in the opening months, for a realistic sustained margin is better than a wide margin on stock that does not move.
Managing oud inventory
Oud is stock that keeps its value if well stored, but freezes your capital if you distribute it poorly. The rule: the daily and commercial types turn over weekly, so restock them boldly, and the luxury turns slowly, so buy it by the known customer's count, not by the shelf's. Assign each type a reference sample from every shipment to compare the next against, put out to the display small renewing quantities and keep the main inventory tightly sealed away from sun and moisture, and do not mix the types in one container however cramped the space, for the mixing of aromatic signatures is a loss beyond recovery.
Common mistakes of new merchants
The first and costliest: buying a large quantity before testing the market, for the new merchant falls in love with a type and buys months of stock of it, then discovers his taste is not his customers'. The second: neglecting samples on the pretext of saving days or riyals, and it is the cheapest insurance in the whole trade. The third: mixing the grades in the display until the customer no longer knows what he is buying from you, so he buys from another. The fourth: pricing on the sample price instead of the actual wholesale price, so his margin looks thinner than it is. Our quantity scale is designed in the first place to prevent you from the first mistake: a sample, then a kilogram, then five, so do not rush its grades.
Importing and shipping: what the importer needs
Commercial shipments need an official invoice with the details of the types, weights, and values, matching shipping documents, and origin documentation by which the customs broker knows what is before him, and we prepare them all as part of the wholesale service. Customs procedures and fees differ between the Gulf states and change from time to time, so verify your country's current requirements before large shipments, and start with a medium shipment on which you learn the procedures before expanding. The practical details of export logistics from Malaysia are on the export and international shipping page.
Frequently asked questions about buying oud wholesale
What is the minimum wholesale order?
We do not burden you with a heavy minimum: the kilogram pack is available for every type and is enough as a real commercial start with which you test the market, the declared wholesale prices begin from 5 kilograms, and anything above 10 kilograms is treated as bulk-wholesale with a custom quote. Our philosophy is that the new merchant starts small and grows with us, not that he is forced into a large commitment before he knows his stock.
How much does wholesale actually save over sample prices?
By our real figures, not slogans: every kilogram and 5-kilogram pack is priced below the 100-gram sample price by more than 8 percent per gram. An example from the page itself: Black Kalimantan, a 100-gram sample at 30 riyals, while the kilogram is 275 riyals, that is 27.5 riyals per 100 grams. And shipments of 10 kilograms and above get deeper pricing agreed in the quote according to type and quantity.
Do you provide official invoices for business?
Yes, every commercial order is issued with an official invoice in your company's name including the types, weights, and prices, and on request we prepare the documents your import and accounting procedures need. Documentation for business is a core part of the wholesale service, not an add-on to it.
Do you document the oud's origin?
Yes, we state in the documents the classification of each type, its geographic origin, and its grade exactly as declared on our pages: Kalimantan, Sumatran, Papuan, natural or enhanced, and its grade on our scale. The same transparency you see in the store you find in your shipment's papers, because your reputation before your customers is built on it.
How do I guarantee quality consistency between orders?
By three things: sorting by declared, fixed grade criteria, not moods; a double inspection before shipping that excludes whatever contradicts its grade; and direct supply from the network of oud harvesters themselves, so the sources do not change behind your back. Still, oud is a natural product that varies slightly between batches, and so we advise the merchant to keep a reference sample from each shipment to compare the next against.
How long does preparing a 5-kilogram shipment take?
Types available in our inventory are prepared, inspected, and packaged within a few business days of order confirmation. As for bulk-wholesale in quantities of 10 kilograms and above, it may need extra time for sorting and gathering by type, and we specify the preparation period clearly for you in the quote before any commitment.
Shipping to Saudi Arabia: how long and how much?
We ship from the preparation centers in Malaysia by documented international shipping with a tracking number, and most shipments reach Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states within a few business days depending on the destination and shipment size. The cost depends on weight and destination and is calculated transparently at order completion, and for large quantities we include the shipping in the quote so you know your full final cost in advance.
Is there exclusivity for my region?
We say it honestly: we do not currently grant absolute geographic exclusivity, for we are in the phase of building our merchant network. What we offer the merchant committed to large regular quantities is priority allocation from the limited batches and preferential pricing discussed in the quote, and if our partnership grows the distribution arrangements are open to direct discussion.
How does pricing for 10 kilograms and above work?
This is the bulk-wholesale tier and we do not declare fixed prices for it because they are built on the variables of your order: the type, the exact quantity, the supply frequency, and the shipping destination. Send your request via the quote page and we will reply with detailed pricing deeper than the declared 5-kilogram prices, with the preparation period and full shipping cost.
Can I request samples before committing to wholesale?
Not only can you, we insist that you do: the 100-gram packs exist for exactly this purpose, and the sample kits gather several origins for you for a side-by-side comparison. Do not commit to a single kilogram before you burn the sample in front of your customers and see their demand with your own eye, for this is the cheapest lesson in the oud trade.
What are the payment options for business?
Orders through the store are paid by the electronic payment methods available at checkout, while bulk-wholesale orders via the quote have a payment method arranged to suit both parties within the agreement, and the payment terms are fixed in the invoice and official correspondence before execution.
What is the return policy for wholesale orders?
If your shipment reaches you damaged or contrary to the specifications documented in the invoice, contact us within days of receipt with documented photos, and we address it with replacement or compensation per our declared policy. As for the market's change of mind after opening and circulating the goods, that is not a defect in the product, and this is exactly why we stress the samples stage before quantities.
How do I store wholesale oud inventory?
In a cool, dry place away from sun and moisture, in tightly sealed containers, with the types and grades separated from one another so the aromatic signatures do not mix. And the merchant's golden rule: put out to the display small renewing quantities and keep the main inventory sealed, for well-stored oud keeps its value for many months.
Is there after-sales support for merchants?
Yes, and our role does not end at shipping: our team answers your grading, pricing, and display questions, helps you choose your next shelf range based on what turned over for you, and informs you of the new batches and limited types before they run out. Contact us whenever you wish via the contact page, for the growth of your trade is the growth of ours.
