How much premium oud is enough for a big occasion?

A single session usually consumes between 7 and 12 grams, but the premium is economized: its resin density makes the small piece fill what a larger piece of a mid oud fills. Is premium oud suitable for electric burners?

It is suitable, indeed the electric burner may be gentler with it: an adjustable heat that draws out the scent at leisure without scorching the piece's edges as blazing coal does. Set it to a medium-to-low degree, place a small piece, and let the dense resin do its work. The rule with the premium is one in both cases: a calmer heat and a smaller quantity.

How do I store premium oud for years without it losing its scent?

In a tightly sealed container, glass or metal, away from direct sun, heat, and moisture, and isolated from any other perfume or oud. Well-stored oud does not spoil with time, and some of the experienced see that its scent grows firmer with years of good storage. Do not store it in thin plastic for long, and do not open the container except when needed.

If the piece reaches you damaged or contrary to its declared description, contact us within days of receipt with documented photos and we address it with replacement or compensation per our declared policy.
